Lunch Land Wayfinding Graphics

Lunch Land is a series of playful environmental graphics that tell a story through the cafeteria and serving area. The main focus of this project is to inspire and encourage elementary aged children to make healthy choices in school cafeterias. These graphics provide fun facts about healthy eating and include an interactive activity. This will also be supplemented with activity worksheets, where kids can write about what they're learning and inspire conversation about healthy eating at home.

Within the series of five graphic systems, each graphic contains three main elements: a location inspired by a fruit or vegetable, a fun fact about the healthy food, and a call to action that involves a physical or educational activity. Two of the graphics incorporate floor graphics for the children to interact with.

The activity sheets will be hung up in rotation in the cafeteria at the school's discretion. This will give students a sense of pride in their work as they will be rewarded with their activities on display. It will also be a daily reminder to the goals they have set.
